Affiliate Checklist & Commission Tracker

Webmasters -- if you're overwhelmed with keeping track of your commission payments and status reports from affiliate companies, this checklist is for you! You can keep track of affiliates (such as Commission Junction, Be Free, Linkshare...etc), and/or third party advertising companies (such as Burstmedia, Fastclick, etc.). You can choose to keep track of individual campaigns with their corresponding commissions (list individual commissions in the "commissions" column and then run the total for the term across to the "$ Rec" column), or just keep track of total monthly commissions. There's room for all your affiliate information (such as your login URL, username, password, etc.) affiliate manager contact information, and commission rates. Don't miss out on commissions -- get your payments organized today!

Page 1 includes affiliate information and the beginning of the "Commission Tracking Checklist" - Print out one for each affiliate. Then print out as many as you need of page 2, so you can keep track of your commissions on a steady basis.

*Before you Print* Be sure to set your printer to the following settings in order to print this checklist on one page:

Make sure your printer settings are set to Portrait
Choose print 1 page only
You may find that the column lines will print more clearly if you choose at least "normal" printing (not rough)
