Weekly Meals & Calories Checklist
We created this checklist to keep track of meals throughout the day, for one whole week. Track calories of foods and drinks for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and 3 snacks. If it's written down, you'll know where those extra calories are going :).
*Before you Print* Be sure to set your printer to the following settings in order to print this checklist on one page:
- This is a one-page 8½" x 11" checklist
- This checklist was created in Excel
- Make sure your printer settings are set to Landscape
- Choose print 1 page only
