Multiple Medicines Simple Checklist (7 Meds/7 Days)

This is a different version of our Multiple Medicines Detailed Checklist -- the difference is that it does not include a space for the prescribing doctor. It does have more room to write the name of the medication down, and still allows you to keep track of up to 7 medications for 7 days, up to 4 times/day. It also has a space for dosage, and prints out on one sheet. We hope you find this checklist helpful in keeping track of your medication intake.

*Before you Print* Be sure to set your printer to the following settings in order to print this checklist on one page:

This is a one-page 8½" x 11" checklist
This checklist was created in Word
Make sure your printer settings are set to Portrait
Choose print 1 page only
The margins of section 1 are outside the printable area of the page - click "OK."
