Pet Sitter's Checklist The idea for this checklist was suggested to us by one of our visitors. To many people, pets are their babies...whether they have children or not. Just as you would leave a Babysitter Checklist with the babysitter of your children, you would leave our Pet Sitter's Checklist with the pet sitter of your furry, non-furry, & feathered friends :). This checklist includes important information that you would like your pet sitter to have, and room for you to fill in specifics. Fill in this information for your pet sitter so they'll be able to connect better with your pet (we've listed a few suggestions to give you a start). Before you leave your pet home alone, be sure that you have left enough food, medication, treats, and favorite toys for your pet. Don't forget to leave the room at a comfortable temperature, and make sure you review the rules with your pet sitter. Keep a spare key at a neighbor in case of emergency -- your pet sitter may need it. Some people record their voices for their pet sitters to play back for them, and some even call their answering machine to speak to them while they're away!
