Adults and children alike need to receive a certain amount of sleep in order for their bodies to be in the best shape. We created this checklist to accompany this article, so you can keep track of your sleeping habits and make any necessary changes. This checklist will also assist doctors in identifying any sleep disturbances and/or disorders. Parents will be able to see if their children are getting enough sleep. Track sleep times and more.
