7-Day Nighttime Sleep Diary Checklist
Sleep...we all want it, but don't always get enough of it. The trouble is, if we don't get enough sleep, our health will suffer. Adults and children alike need to receive a certain amount of sleep in order for their bodies to be in the best shape. We created this checklist to accompany this article, so you can keep track of your sleeping habits and make any necessary changes. This checklist will also assist doctors in identifying any sleep disturbances and/or disorders. Parents will be able to see if their children are getting enough sleep. Track sleep times, awakenings during the night, and more. View the chart below to see how much sleep you should be getting in order to keep yourself healthy. We hope this checklist helps you get the rest you need :).
