School Absence Tracker Checklist

How wonderful would it be for our children to have perfect attendance at school? Unfortunately, sometimes kids get sick, or need to miss school for various reasons. When children get older, it's important to make sure they make up any work that they have missed while they were absent. This checklist will let you track almost a week of absences on one sheet -- reason for absence; school work to be made up, and more. We hope this checklist helps you keep track of your children's school absences and missed work :).

*Before you Print* Be sure to set your printer to the following settings in order to print this checklist on one page:

This is a one-page 8½" x 11" checklist
This checklist was created in Word
Make sure your printer settings are set to Portrait
Choose print 1 page only
If the margins of any sections are outside the printable area of the page - click "OK."
