Free Interactive Fertility Charting Software Ovusoft software is based upon a scientific method of fertility prediction, Natural Family Planning (NFP), which relies on a few telltale symptoms in a woman's body to determine her current fertility level. For this brief description, you will be concerned with just two of them: menstruation and body temperature. Using these symptoms, Natural Family Planning methods can predict with 97 - 99% accuracy when a woman is infertile. By restricting your sexual relations (referred to as "coitus" within LifeCycle to throw off any snooping kids) to these infertile periods, you are able to prevent pregnancy. NFP can also accurately predict when a woman is fertile, although to a lesser degree of reliability.
